I met Brittany freshman year of college at Mizzou in Columbia, Missouri and I am lucky enough to have continued a friendship with her. She and her partner, David, are some of the nicest, most genuine people you will ever meet. When they reached out to me to take their engagement photos, I cried with excitement. I love how these turned out and I’m so happy they’re spending a lifetime together. And if you want to know good places to eat in the midwest, check out their instagram, Two Midwest Foodies!
Sean
I reached out to Sean shortly after she appeared on “The Circle” on Netflix, hoping that she’d want to work with me. Luckily she was not only willing to shoot with me, she was willing to meet me at sunrise on the Brooklyn side of the Brooklyn Bridge to capture the golden sun reflecting off the Manhattan skyline! These are some of my favorite photos and I’m lucky enough to have not only gained great work from this shoot, but a great friendship!
Pandemic Wedding
Throughout the pandemic I had quite a few clients have me take wedding photos, not of their wedding, but photos throughout the city in their wedding attire. The ceremonies are kept private, but this way they still have photos in their amazing outfits marking the occasion. These have turned out to be some of my favorite kinds of photoshoots!
Tiffany and Josh
One thing about me is that I LOVE, love. I love seeing people in love and I love to hear their love stories, which is why engagement shoots are some of my favorite types of shoots. Getting to witness a couple’s love and their excitement about their future together is one of the best things in life. So happy Tiffany reached out to have me capture her and Josh’s love and excitement on the Brooklyn Promenade!
city girl
These photos were taken for the local Manhattan LOFT’s social media right before the pandemic. I am so proud of these photos! There is nothing I love more than making the every day woman feel beautiful.
Shelly and Wes Wedding
It was an absolute privilege to be able to take wedding photos for my sorority sister, Shelly, and her new husband Wes before their private, intimate ceremony at their home. Covid made weddings much more difficult, but I’m grateful I was still able to capture their love on their special day!
Brooklyn Bridge
When I was deciding if I wanted to make my move out east, I visited NYC on my spring break. I posted on social media seeing if anyone wanted to shoot with me, and this model responded and was willing to meet me at the Brooklyn Bridge at sunrise! Although these were taken early on in my career, these are still some of my favorite photos to date!
all that glitters
Working with Anjali was a dream. We rented a studio using PeerSpace and covered her face in glitter so that it’d really shine! She absolutely worked this photoshoot!
Nell & Frida
There’s nothing quite like the love you have for your fur-baby, so when Nell asked if I’d take some photos of her and her ADORABLE dog, Frida, I couldn’t resist!
Jjanga on the High Line
I had the privilege of shoot the amazing Jjanga this summer! We went to the High Line in Chelsea to get a wide variety of backdrop options without having to worry about running around the city. Jjanga was an absolute joy to work with and is an effortlessly beautiful person inside and out!
